Both sides of a story are rarely told. We have always felt, that in order to make an educated decision, or have a valid opinion on something, you need the whole story. We want to make sure that as a Property Owner, you have all of the information about what is going on in the Community. We will also work to bring you stories from various different residents. Historical stories from long time Property Owners; “what if” scenarios of how our Community could be managed, and other various types of enjoyable content.
Mission
To ensure that all Property Owners are aware of and educated about the future of our Community and to establish a level of accountability for those that we have elected to serve at the best interest the Property Owners.

To gather data and transform it in such a way that it becomes a clear, concise, and understandable source of information.

We value transparency, honesty, and integrity and want to pass that along in all of the information coming across this site to our Property Owners.
My Dad bought a membership lot in 1968 when I was 12 yrs old. He was a highway patrolman stationed in Anderson, MO. We played many rounds of golf together on the Country Club course. He was transferred in 1973 so he sold that lot. After years in the corporate world living in OK, LA, TX, Mo, and then owning a resort on Table Rock, we retired and moved to Bella Vista a year ago in April. We’re close to our Grandkids in Bentonville and I’m wearing out all of the courses now. We love living here and it took no time to get used to being retired!!
