Two Choices

We Are Bella Vista welcomes viewpoints and opinions from anyone having a vested interest in our wonderful community. Stephen McKee sent us this article and asked if we would post it for all to see. It is clear he has put much effort and time into his planning and the article definitely gives a lot to think about. So, here are some things to ponder and discuss with our fellow Resident Members.

After reading Mr. McKee’s article, we were curious as to what the Resident Member thinks. Please vote because your voice matters! It is anonymous, private, and free! As a POA Resident Member who pays City taxes, POA Assessments, and user fees, please choose which option you would prefer:

Choice #1 - Do you agree with substantially reducing monthly POA assessments, reducing the functions of the POA, closing valley golf courses, and opening all amenities to the public for the same user fees for all where applicable?

Choice #2 - Do you agree with maintaining the current assessments as they are and requiring certain amenities like lakes, parks (except 3 named ones), certain parking lots, dams, recreation centers, trails (except 3 named ones) and more be fully private for members and their guests, including no public tournaments and no public access, together with requiring POA operational improvements?
